Collaborative Strategic Partnerships are an opportunity to deepen the effectiveness and cohesion of your team and practices, generally with a team leader at the center of the engagement.

Over the course of my time in the field, I have found that great leaders and brilliant teams often benefit from external facilitation of team evolution during times of change, growth, or perhaps feeling too comfortable in patterns that are no longer catalyzing the outcomes they seek.

In so many performance management systems, connections to core values are an add-on, and there is a strange juxtaposition between the skills of connecting to people and developing sound strategy. Through my work with teams, we push on that boundary, getting deep into evolving how a team is operating, how its leaders are creating culture, and how that is manifesting within the work itself.

The scope of work for partnerships varies based on organizational needs and the humans in the space, often including the following:

  • Direct coaching of team leader(s)
  • 360 reviews, done through interviews rather than forms or surveys
  • Core values work, as applicable
  • Aligned strategy and development, including shared field time
